The Independent Beer Bar Grand Opening February 29

by | Feb 23, 2016

The Independent Beer Bar is excited to announce its grand opening on Monday, February 29, 2016 on the corner of Hewitt Avenue and Rockefeller Avenue in Downtown Everett, Washington. The Independent will sell great beer, cider and wine.

The bar will feature 16 rotating taps of microbrews and ciders, a thoughtfully chosen wine program and a selection of more than 30 bottles that can be enjoyed in the bar or purchased to go. The Independent is partnering with local businesses to provide an array of food options. They are also dog friendly, offer shuffleboard and weekly trivia. Bar owners Doug Hall and Jeff Sadighi are service industry veterans and look forward to introducing a friendly and fun spot to downtown Everett.

“This is something we’ve both been planning for a long time,” Hall said. “Not very many people get a chance to open a bar with one of their best friends; it’s great to be realizing our dream. We’re excited to be part of the city’s revitalization and the Everett community.”
