BEER THURSDAY: Hopworks Urban Brewery Organic Hopworks IPA
The only beer to take the brewery’s namesake, Hopworks Urban Brewery lends its label to the Hopworks IPA. Organic across the board, HUB is Portland’s first Eco-Brewpub and is 100% renewably powered and “cradle to gate” carbon neutral. Their second North Williams location, BikeBar, is cycle-friendly and encouraging with 75 bike spaces and bike tools for use. The Organic Hopworks IPA is true to its eco-minded form – green in sprightly pine aromas and vibrant in citrus hops with a succinct body build of caramel malt aromas and flavors.
