The process is simple — distill and filter to the point that all of the grain-based and burnt flavor characteristics seen in mass-produced vodkas are removed. Dry County sports a spirit that is clean and silky smooth, colorless and flavorless, the unique combination to equaling high-quality vodka. Also brings a proud tear to this writer’s eye to see her hometown going back to its moonshining ways.
