The nation’s largest single-region wine and food festival is better than ever this year, brimming with the best chefs and their friends from across the nation. Red & White Party – March 28, 2019

Get ‘into the cellar’ with premier Washington winemakers who will showcase library favorites and 90+ point wines at theRed & White Party on Seattle’s picturesque waterfront hosted by AQUA by El Gaucho with Executive Chef Kevin Benner.

Share a table at On the Farm and explore fresh Pacific Northwest ingredients alongside winemakers, chefs and the farmers of Oxbow Farm who will host Food, Farming & Cultivating Roots and Fall City Farms who will host The Art of Sourcing Local.

The New Vintage presented by Lexus – March 29, 2019

Go backstage at The Sanctuary for The New Vintage presented by Lexus to meet and mingle with the chefs and winemakers driving Washington’s impressive food and drink scene, including Chef Rachel Yang of Joule, Chef Zoi Antonitsas of Little Fish, Chef Ethan Stowell of Ethan Stowell Restaurants, Chef Brian Clevenger of Vendemmia, Chef Gavin Stephenson of The Sanctuary in Seattle, as well as their friends Chef Chris Cosentino of Cockscomb in San Francisco and Chef Gregory Gourdet of Departure Restaurant + Lounge in Portland. The Taste Washington Seminars presented by Wine Spectator includes six educational seminars hosted by some of the nation’s leading experts including top winemakers, Master Sommeliers, wine writers and academics. On both Saturday and Sunday, let them lead you on a tasting exploration to see what makes the terroir of Washington’s vineyards stand apart.

Grand Tasting – March 30 & 31, 2019

This epic festival culminates with two full days of the Grand Tasting, Saturday and Sunday March 30 and 31, which tops everything off with an embarrassing complement of Washington’s culinary riches and vineyard treasures. It’s so big you’ll need all the time you can get to experience the 235 wineries and 65 restaurants. All the while, follow along as Seattle’s leading chefs, like Chef Brendan McGill of Café Hitchcock, Chef Jeffrey Vance of Navy Strength, Chef Maximillian Petty of Eden Hill, and Chef Shota Nakajima of Adana and their friends from across the nation like Chef Vivian Howard of Chef and the Farmer from North Carolina, Chef Hugh Acheson of Five & Ten from Georgia as well as Cosentino and Gourdet, as they unveil secrets for their favorite dishes and answer your questions on two interactive demonstration stages.
