Swans Berry Ale

by | Jul 3, 2014

There’s a good reason this has been one of Swans Hotel and Brewpub’s best selling beers for over a decade now. It’s a very well made, serious, standard-setting fruit beer—that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Raspberry notes are very well integrated, leaning on the subtle side (smartly), with smooth, full bodied, malted ale carrying the show. The perfumed raspberries are fermented with the ale, resulting in a natural, creamy, pure fruited finish. Lovely balance and beauty rose hue.
