Steel & Oak and Four Winds Smoke & Sour Gratzer

by | May 28, 2015

This special collab of two hot BC brewers (Steel & Oak and Four Winds) may have just broken the record for beer name length with the Smoke & Sour Gratzer. But it’s worth seeking out for more than that feat alone. This punchy Polish-styled wheat beer is oak-smoked, resulting in a spicy, subtly smoky and crisp pour—pleasantly sour, and a hint of sweet from a lacto ferment. Not for the faint of heart, but certainly to pair with your charcoal grilled ribs.
