This cocktail is the perfect blend of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors, making it a delicious and refreshing way to celebrate with friends and family. The sweetness of the pineapple is perfectly complemented by the kick of jalapeño, while the blanco and lime juice give it that classic margarita flavor.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ ounces Diablo Azul Blanco (Pilot House Distilling)
1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
1-ounce fresh lime juice
3/4-ounce Cointreau
2 to 4 fresh jalapeño slices
Ice
Rim: Tajín and/or coarse sea salt
Garnishes: pineapple wedge, jalapeño slice, lime wedge
DIRECTIONS
Rim the edge of the glass with a lime wedge. Dip it in a plate of either Tajín, coarse sea salt or a combination of the two.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Diablo Azul Blanco, pineapple juice, lime juice, Cointreau and jalapeño slices. Add ice and shake vigorously for 5 to 10 seconds.
Strain into the rimmed glass and add extra ice. Garnishes with a pineapple wedge and jalapeño slice.
