The U.S.’s largest consumer cocktail week will shake things up April 19-26, 2026

SEATTLE— February 6, 2026—Seattle Cocktail Week™ returns for an eighth year with big news. In partnership with Pacific Place, Seattle Cocktail Week will hold its beloved Carnival of Cocktails event inside the Downtown Seattle complex.

Seattle Cocktail Week runs from April 19-26, celebrating the creative and dynamic cocktail culture in Seattle. Bars and restaurants from across the city offer special cocktails on their menus, hold events and more. The week culminates at Carnival of Cocktails, a ticketed consumer event showcasing a wide variety of spirited and non-alcoholic cocktails, food, games and experiences.

“Moving Carnival of Cocktails to a larger-than-life venue like Pacific Place gives us the opportunity to showcase spirits and NA brands in an exciting and unique way, including multiple levels of activities and activations that our ticket holders can discover and explore. We’ll have bartender demonstrations, fun food pop ups, DJs, and so much more. We can’t wait to for you to experience it!” said Amy Faulkner, Seattle Cocktail Week’s founder.

Carnival of Cocktails tickets are on sale now 5 at seattlecocktailweek.com. The first 250 tickets sold will receive a surprise special rate when they go to purchase. A portion of ticket sales benefit local nonprofit Healthy Behind the Bar, offering microgrants to hospitality workers to pay for emergency health, mental health, or dental health care.

“Pacific Place is proud to partner with Seattle Cocktail Week and welcome the Carnival of Cocktails to the heart of downtown Seattle,” said Janel Jensen, managing director of retail properties at BH Properties, owner of Pacific Place. “This event aligns perfectly with our vision of creating dynamic, experience-driven programming that brings people together and showcases the energy, creativity and culinary culture of Seattle. Hosting Seattle Cocktail Week at Pacific Place allows us to offer guests an engaging, immersive experience while supporting the local bar and restaurant industry in a meaningful way.”

Speed-Rack, the world’s first and only international all-women and femme bartending competition that raises money to fight breast cancer, will kick off Seattle Cocktail Week at Pacific Place on Sunday, April 19! This high energy event is not to be missed, and 100 percent of ticket proceeds will go to breast cancer education, prevention, and research. Tickets and details.

For those in the bar and beverage industry, this year’s Bartender’s Circle Summit, will take place over three days with fun and engaging demonstrations, panels, and discussions. Attendees get to celebrate the industry, network with peers, and gain knowledge to improve their cocktail programs.

Participating Seattle bars and restaurants will offer at least three special cocktails during Seattle Cocktail Week, with one encouraged to be non-alcoholic. It’s a week is meant for the sober and sober-curious set as much as it is for spirited drinkers.
