Rumble Dutch Cocoa

by | Oct 14, 2013

“Listen to your body, answer with a rumble.”

Rumble is a tasty nutrient drink packed with all-natural (and recognizable!) ingredients. In fact, this Victoria, BC-based mostly-organic energizing beverage is the first official “Nourishing Drink” in Canada, and is set to launch in the USA shortly. Rumble was born in a blender by founder Paul Underhill, created in desperation, and from necessity. Athlete Underhill was born with Cystic Fibrosis (CF)—a debilitating and normally fatal lung disease. Searches for a pure nutritionally balanced drink that was both tasty and convenient lead nowhere, so he made his own. Rumble is based on the recipes that helped Underhill stay alive while waiting for a double-lung transplant, and feeds him now while he successfully pursues running, cycling and kite-boarding.

This non-GMO, naturally-sweetened, soy- gluten- and cane-sugar free bevvie is amped with protein and antioxidants and fully resealable and recyclable. Plus–it’s tasty! I like the Dutch Cocoa flavor. Bittersweet creamy cocoa, satisfying and rich, without feeling cloying or heavy. And if that’s not enough to motivate you, one percent of all profits are donated to local charities that fight hunger. Sold. Now where’s that kite board?
