The Willamette Valley might be best known for its successful growth of vitis vinifera and hazelnuts, but the region also provides epicureans with fruit delicacies across the board, including Republic of Jam‘s line of gourmet foods. The house recipes use roughly half of the sugar used in traditional recipes, profiling the fruit more so than the additives.
