Seastar is hosting a Cellar Sale featuring some of the world’s most coveted wines—often referred to as “unicorns” because of their rarity and exclusivity. Each Monday in February, a selection of exceptional bottles will be listed at Seastarrestaurant.com and available at cost (plus tax), making this a dream for serious collectors and wine enthusiasts. The first week’s lineup, “French Unicorns,” includes legendary wines such as:
- 2020 Coche-Dury Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru – $3,950 (1 bottle available)

- 2018 Francois Raveneau “Valmur” Grand Cru Chablis – $450 (1 bottle available)
Many of these wines are no longer available on the open market, making this an unprecedented chance for wine aficionados to acquire them. With selections changing each Monday, the event also taps into a larger trend—Seattle and the Eastside’s growing interest in fine wine collecting and investment.
