Rainier Gin Cascade Collins: A Refreshing Après Ski Delight

by | Dec 18, 2025

Bright citrus and crisp Rainier Mountain Fresh Gin come together in a way that feels like stepping into the lodge after a long, cold winter’s day. It’s refreshing but still cozy, with a lift of bubbles and aromatic thyme. An easy, lively pour made for that first sip of après.

INGREDIENTS

½ ounce Rainier Mountain Fresh Gin
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
3½ ounces sparkling water

GARNISH

Lemon wheel. Sprig of thyme (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add Rainier Mountain Fresh Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the glass. Top with sparkling water and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Add a sprig of thyme for a subtle aromatic lift.

Garnish details and quick prep tip.

Smack the thyme sprig between your hands before adding it to release the aroma. For a brighter profile, express a little lemon peel over the top.
