Rachel’s Ginger Beer has their own definition of “handcrafted.” The Seattle-based ginger brewhouse says by handcrafted, they “mean fresh lemons, strong roots, organic cane sugar and good water made intimate with one another and brewed to taste by the owner.” Said owner is Rachel Marshall, who has just opened her second “flagship” location for her soda brand in Pike Place Market.
