Rachel’s Ginger Beer

by | Sep 23, 2013

Rachel’s Ginger Beer has their own definition of “handcrafted.” The Seattle-based ginger brewhouse says by handcrafted, they “mean fresh lemons, strong roots, organic cane sugar and good water made intimate with one another and brewed to taste by the owner.” Said owner is Rachel Marshall, who has just opened her second “flagship” location for her soda brand in Pike Place Market. The flagship root soda is ginger beer at its best—local, fresh, sprightly and spicy with a citrus kick. A complementary component for a cocktail or straight up on its own, Rachel’s Ginger Beer can settle your stomach, spice up your drink and support local soda all in one.
