Pure Éire Dairy Chocolate Milk

by | Dec 21, 2015

Free from what vitiates, weakens or pollutes, Pure Éire produces true and unadulterated dairy products on its Othello, Washington farm. Run by husband and wife Richard and Jill Smith, along with their two children, Pure Éire is one of the few grass-fed dairies in the United States and the cows also live without antibiotics, hormones, chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides. The Jersey cows on the farm are solely sustained by grass as their diet, with the Smiths citing this as the source of the cows’ tasty and nutritious milk.

The non-homogenized Chocolate Milk is comprised only of milk, cane sugar, cocoa, tapioca starch and sea salt for a saline sprinkling to the rich and velvety cream. Dense in cocoa flavor, the purity of the dairy comes through as a sippable dessert option for both adult and child.
