New brew marks Public Coast’s 1,000th batch and pays tribute to the award-winning Stephanie Inn
CANNON BEACH, Ore. (August 19, 2025) – Public Coast Brewing Co. is proud to unveil “My Favorite Sister,” a special limited-edition beer brewed in celebration of its sister property, the Stephanie Inn, recently honored as the #1 Resort in the West by Travel + Leisure’s 2025 World’s Best Awards.
“To celebrate this incredible achievement, we created ‘My Favorite Sister’, an imperial blonde ale with boysenberries dedicated to the Stephanie Inn,” said Ben Christianson, brewer at Public Coast Brewing. “It also marks our 1,000th batch, which makes this release all the more meaningful.”

“My Favorite Sister” is a 7.5% ABV imperial blonde ale brewed with ripe boysenberry purée, lending a subtle tartness to its golden, full-bodied base. The beer features a blend of Carafoam and Caramel 10 malts, balanced with notes of vanilla, Willamette hops, and Lemon Drop hops for a smooth, flavorful finish.
The beer will be available for a limited time in 16 oz single cans and four-packs at the Public Coast Farmstand in Banks, on tap at the brewpub in Cannon Beach, and also at the Stephanie Inn.
