Postmark Brewing India Pale Ale

by | Apr 30, 2015

Postmark Brewing released their first four bottled products earlier this month, successfully tested through their tasting bar and growler station at their Vancouver headquarters. The striking labels are photographs by friends, reflecting the passions that fuel the Postmark crew, outside of beer. Their website clearly reflects their artistic bent, with music playlists, short films and design collaborations.

For the IPA (label photography courtesy of Alex Strohl), Bravo, Simcoe, Centennial and Citra hops provide ample citrus and heady hoppiness to this medium-bodied ale. The hops are layered well on a gentle undercurrent of malt, resulting in a smooth drink, with just the right amount of pithy bitterness on the finish. Pick a playlist, grab your camera and head out into the great outdoors with this—inspiration will definitely strike.
