INGREDIENTS
1 ounce Bar Pilot Gin
½ ounce St‑Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ ounce Lemon juice
½ ounce Simple syrup
Prosecco
GARNISH
Rosemary sprigs
DIRECTIONS
Combine the gin, St-Germain, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a glass. Add a few juniper berries, pink peppercorns, and ice, then stir gently to chill. Top with Prosecco.
Garnish with two rosemary sprigs turned upside down to resemble Christmas trees.
