Phillips Soda Works Sparkmouth Ginger Ale

by | Aug 19, 2013

These naturally brewed sodas are not your average pop. A super successful side project from Victoria’s Phillips Brewing, their approach to the craft of artisan soda stems from their approach to brewing beer. Designed from scratch, using only raw, natural ingredients, the idealists’ initial recipe testing, tweaking and sourcing took many months. “Yes, there were certainly challenges but it was also fun!” says owner Matt Phillips, “plus our commitment to the craft of brewing isn’t something that we do, it’s who we are.” Phillips Soda Works Sparkmouth Ginger Ale certainly is named aptly—fresh and zippy bubbles enliven hand-mashed ginger root and raw cane sugar for a slightly hot, refreshingly citrus, gingery delight.
