This September 7, PÁŠXA Wines will welcome James Beard-Nominated Chef David Nichols of Eight Row into their Petros Estate Vineyard in the Rocks District for an unforgettable harvest wine dinner among the cobblestones. PÁŠXA Wines is one of the most exciting wine projects coming out of the Rocks—in 2023 they became the youngest winery to ever crack the Wine & Spirits Top 100 list—and pairing their 2021 vintage alongside dishes inspired by the distinctive orchard culture of eastern Washington will create culinary magic for their first vineyard dinner.
This one-of-a-kind evening will celebrate Eight Row’s renowned cuisine and PÁŠXA’s meticulously-crafted wines in a landscape that is legendary for both its orchards and vineyards. The dinner will invite guests into a unique experience of the Rocks District, a singular winegrowing region called “The most distinctive AVA in the United States … making some of the greatest wines in America,” by Wine Spectator.
Tickets are $175 per person, and the event will take place at the vineyard on Saturday, September 7 from 4-8pm. Upon arrival, the festivities will begin with a reception featuring PÁŠXA Wines and appetizers, followed by an invitation to be seated at the communal table. There will be no assigned seating (unless joining in a larger group) and everyone will sit down together to enjoy a coursed dinner with wine pairings. Dinner will be served family-style, and will celebrate the fruits of the land and the labors of all involved. We can’t wait to break bread with you—PÁŠXA Wines is honored to be home to Chef David Nichols and his Eight Row team for one night at Petros Vineyard.
