Portland’s Kombucha Wonder Drink gives props to the beverage’s Himalayan roots by mimicking the centuries old formula of fermenting tea. A daunting definition, kombucha can be intimidating but the effervescent non-alcoholic drink is said to “restore health, promote longevity and bestow mental clarity” to its consumers. Fresh-brewed, organic, zero proof, bacteria free and infused with organic fruit concentrate, the Kombucha Wonder Drink Asian Pear & Ginger is based on oolong tea and blended with pear and ginger to create a refreshing and rich elixir.
