Koenig Distillery and Winery Seven Devils Straight Bourbon Whiskey

by | Nov 21, 2014

Koenig Distillery and Winery’s Seven Devils Straight Bourbon Whiskey draws its name from the same place it draws its water: the Seven Devils mountain range in west central Idaho. Lauded as Idaho’s first whiskey (though soon to be one of at least a handful), Seven Devils is understandably beloved by local bars and bartenders alike. Classic in style, with a rich tawny hue, its vanilla and oak aspects are at the forefront on the aroma and palate, while spice and light hints of apple follow behind. Perfectly crafted for an Old-Fashioned.
