Jellyfish Brewing Company now open in Green Lake

by | Sep 10, 2024

Jellyfish Brewing Company is thrilled to announce the opening of our new Taproom and Kitchen  in Green Lake!

We dipped our toes in the water last weekend, and the lake temperature was perfect. It has always been our intention to bundle up our Georgetown vibes and introduce them, along  with our award-winning beer and bottomless good cheer, to an expanding audience in north  Seattle. And we couldn’t have found a better home to achieve our goal. Hello Green Lake!

The Taproom and Kitchen at Green Lake will feature 15 beers crafted in Georgetown by our  head brewer, Justin Rizza. In addition to great beer, we’ll offer our own hard seltzer, locally  sourced hard ciders and wine, locally crafted distilled spirits and plenty of non-alcoholic options.

Our kitchen is charcuterie-centric, offering menu items incorporating cured meats, cheeses,  pickles, olives and rustic breads. We sprinkled in some of the comforts you’d expect at a  brewery too, including our house-formed pretzels with beer cheese, a house-smoked sausage  flight, and our smack burger.

Belly up to the bar, relax in our large taproom, or hang out on the patio and soak in the endless  activity of Green Lake. Wherever you settle in, we promise to take great care of you!

Open daily at 11am. Kiddos are welcome! Service pups and cats too!
