The Best of Oregon in a Glass: 65 Sparkling Wines Available at Grand Tasting
DAYTON, Ore., July 7, 2025 —Method Oregon, Oregon’s highly-anticipated sparkling wine grand tasting event, has announced its wine tasting pours for the inaugural event on Saturday, July 26 at Domaine Willamette.
The Method Oregon Grand Tasting will offer attendees a curated afternoon of 65 traditional method sparkling wines from 22 Oregon wineries. Each featured wine meets rigorous standards: Oregon-grown grapes, traditional method production, and a minimum of 15 months of tirage aging, delivering complexity and finesse in every glass. Wines will be poured by the winemakers themselves.
Several of these sparkling wines are typically club-only or limited-release bottlings—rarely available to the general public. All wines poured at the event will be available for purchase on-site, with a 10% case discount (12 bottles or more)—making this a rare opportunity to taste and take home exceptional Oregon sparklers from a range of committed producers.
