In Preview: Hood River Hard-Pressed Cider Fest

by | Mar 7, 2016

Spring is upon us and there is no better way to relax than with cider and good tunes. Here in the Pacific Northwest we are no stranger to April’s intermittent showers. But don’t fret because the third annual Hood River Hard-Pressed Cider Fest takes place within a covered tasting hall. Good music and delicious cider await you.

At the festival there will be 20 cideries participating, and over 40 ciders on tap. The day-long event will host local Oregonian music acts and food trucks galore. And, the best part about the festival? It’s kid friendly. That’s right, you don’t have to pay the babysitter this time. Bring the kids and enjoy a nice evening with the whole family.

Fox-Tail Cider, Rogue Cider, Tieton Cider Works and Jester & Judge are just a few of the producers pourin’ at the event. As for the music, the line-up starts off with The June Bug Boys and concludes with Hood River’s very own The Wasco Bros.

Tickets range from $5 to $10. The festival takes place April 16 rain or shine.
