Hilliard’s Beer, Redhook Brewery’s joint collaboration gets spark

by | Jul 17, 2013

Marijuana, ganja, pot, weed – no matter what you call it, Washington’s got it, legally. To celebrate the state’s legalization and these breweries’ Ballard heritage, Redhook Brewery and Hilliard’s Beer are releasing their specially crafted “Joint Effort Hemp Ale.”

Brewed with hemp seeds to give the ale a little bit of nutty, earthiness, take a hit of this session ale at Hlliard’s Ballard Taproom, 4 pm, July 20. Enjoy the beer while curing the munchies with delicious pot pies and taking in the chill sounds of music.

Come this fall, 22 ounces of this premium brew will be available in bottles to enjoy in the comforts of your own home.

Sit back, relax and pull down the bong-shaped tap handle to enjoy this exclusive release.

Saturday, July 20 || 4 pm || Hilliard’s Beer Taproom || 1550 NW 49th St. Seattle || Tickets: Free admission
