Let Dad step into the shoes of a distiller. Copperworks’ Hand Fill experience takes guests to the production floor, guiding them through the process of pulling whiskey straight from the cask using a copper “dipping dog” as they fill their own special bottle. They’ll then seal their cask strength whiskey and add the finer details. This single cask will continue to mature after the experience, meaning they’re capturing a whiskey that won’t be found anywhere else and won’t taste quite the same ever again.
