Severino Cellars, Two Mountain Winery and Cultura Wines hosted their First Annual Winemakers Dinner in Zillah, WA on September 24, 2011. Local farmers provided fresh produce and organic goat cheese as Josh Henderson and his talented team from Skillet Street Food served up an incredible meal. The evening began with wine tasting from each winery paired with a variety of appetizers served straight off an open fire. Eight mouthwatering courses followed, served under a tent in the beautiful Yakima Valley. In a fun, causal environment the wineries offered a number of wine flights through dinner and concluded the evening with a reserve port paired with dessert and Theo Chocolates. Attendees were treated to warm weather, beautiful views and the opportunity to interact with winemakers and chefs in the heart of Washington Wine Country.
