White Wine & Seafood Soirée with Joe Dobbes in the Eola-Amity Hills at Iterum Wines’ Orchard House Estate, July 18

Iterum Wines, the project of legendary Oregon winemaker Joe Dobbes, invites guests to a summer afternoon at the Orchard House Estate on Saturday, July 18th, for a White Wine & Seafood Soirée inspired by one of Joe’s favorite pairings: crisp, expressive white wines alongside fresh coastal seafood.
Set among sweeping vineyard views, guests will gather on the vineyard patio for a relaxed, progressive tasting experience featuring five Iterum white wines, including Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine, two Sauvignon Blancs, and two Chardonnays. The afternoon will conclude with a signature “Sauvi B Spritz” cocktail, inspired by Joe’s longtime belief that Sauvignon Blanc is the gin and tonic of wine.
Chef Phillip Price will prepare a series of passed seafood bites designed to complement the wines, including Taylor Shellfish oysters, albacore crudo, crispy rice, nigiri, and sushi. The coastal-inspired menu highlights brightness, texture, and freshness across both seafood and vegetarian offerings.
Guests can expect bocce ball, vineyard lounging, and a relaxed summer atmosphere throughout the estate. White attire, sun hats, sunglasses, and comfortable footwear suitable for vineyard terrain and gravel pathways are encouraged.
