Celebrating Our Heritage: La Mar & Ilegal Mezcal Dinner

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, join La Mar and Ilegal Mezcal for a special evening honoring the flavors, traditions and shared spirit of Latin America. Chef Kaoru Chang and Chef Jean Paul Fung will present a menu inspired by La Mar’s Peruvian roots, accompanied throughout the evening by expressions of Ilegal Mezcal.

Rooted in heritage, connection and the pleasure of gathering around the table, the evening brings together Peruvian cooking and the distinctive character of Mexican agave—a celebration of where we come from, what we share, and the traditions that continue to evolve around us.
