The Kingfisher Restaurant & Wine Bar is living proof of an oxymoron gone right—gourmet buffet. Fully stocked and loaded with the freshest local ingredients from the two-acre organic garden on the property, the menu changes daily to suit the moods of Mother Nature and Executive Chef Joshua Holmes.
