Deep Cove Brewers Sun Kissed Tea Saison

by | Jul 17, 2014

I love creativity in craft beer, and even more when it works so well that you wonder what took people this long. Vancouver’s Deep Cove Brewers’ Sun Kissed Tea Saison is one such beer. Apple, mango and papaya-infused Rooibos tea is then infused into a Belgian-styled Saison from, creating a lightly sweet, fruity and refreshingly tart beer, that finishes with a noticeable, enticing tea leaf spice. Lovely for summer, even more so at five percent ABV. Match with mango chutney dressed wings or pakoras.
