Chainline Brewing Co. Big Wheel Session Brown

by | Oct 29, 2015

Chainline Brewing Co. just opened its doors in 2015, new to the Kirkland, Washington scene. With the fresh brewery comes an equally fresh attitude, as it’s built directly alongside the city’s bicycle corridor, inspired by the lifestyle of venturesome Pacific Northwest trailblazers. Temptingly close to the trail, this brewery on the Eastside is no doubt a hub meant to foster a fusion of athleticism and beer advocacy.

If we needed another reason to indulge beer-style after a workout, Chainline’s Big Wheel Session Brown is exactly what we were looking for, and we can’t help but agree with the brewery’s reasoning that “whether post workout or at the start of a long afternoon, you can’t go wrong here.” The 3.6 ABV double dry-hopped brown isn’t too wild for a cool-down cold one, and features soft notes roasted and toasted with hints of coffee, hops and nuts, at an extremely sessionable flavor value.
