Celebrating 10 Years of Craft Distilling

Blackfish Spirits Distillery is committed to fermenting and distilling all of its alcohols, giving the distillers full culinary control from start to finish. Brothers Nathan and Matthew Gifford have developed their craft over the years to a high degree and love sharing their passion directly with customers in the Auburn-based tasting room.  They also provide tours of the craft distillery. The distillery pulled back sharply during the dark times and has begun to carefully reach out to local restaurants and bars who are serious about delivering a great flavor experience to their customers.

Revolver

Ingredients
½ ounce Blackfish Boon Boona* Coffee Liqueur 
2 ounce Blackfish Straight Bourbon 
2 dashes Bitter Housewife Orange Bitters

Directions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine coffee liqueur, straight bourbon and bitters. Stir until chilled and strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.

*Shout out to Boon Boona Coffee of Renton, Washington, who provides a delicious cold brew for the liqueur.
