Blackfin Ciders are made where Oregon meets orchard. Picked and pressed “within sight of the orchards” the apples hail from, Blackfin launched in late August and immediately entered the market in cans—a top-selling format for cider in a beer world. Promoting the “branch to bottle” concept through the canned cider genre, the cidery commenced with two ciders and two more are following in the queue. The Pacific Peach, one part of the original duo, is splashed with the essence of the fleshy flavor of peach, aiding the already sessionable, fresh-pressed semi-sweet apple base with an enhanced profile. This cider is bright and bouncy with plenty of juicy apple to pop the bubbles.
