From sparkling to still, Arabilis releases five expressive wines for Spring

Amity, Ore. (May 29, 2025) — Arabilis, founded by PhD scientists turned precision winemakers, is known for its artisanal approach to both sparkling and still wines. Arabilis just released its three new spring wines, now available for purchase at arabiliswines.com. Through partnerships with distinct vineyards in the Willamette Valley and Columbia Gorge, the Eola-Amity Hills-based wine label blends time-honored methods with specialized bottling and disgorging equipment, crafting wines that reflect both scientific insight and a strong sense of place

“Our spring releases are a true reflection of Arabilis,” says Kenny McMahon, co-founder of Arabilis. “With our roots in science and research, Allison’s focus on sensory evaluation and my studies in traditional method sparkling wine, we approach winemaking with precision and curiosity. This foundation allows us to craft wines that are not only vibrant and expressive, but also a reflection of our dedication to innovation and craft.”

New releases include:

  • 2021 Johan Vineyard Blanc de Noir Sparkling Wine, $80
    • Elegant and precise, this zero-dosage sparkling Pinot Noir from Johan Vineyard of the Van Duzer Corridor AVA offers vibrant citrus aromatics, a fine bead, and a long, creamy finish. Aged 35 months on the lees. Exclusive to wine club members.
  • 2021 Willamette Valley Brut Nature Sparkling Wine, $75
    • Bright, juicy, and unapologetically expressive, this zero-dosage sparkling blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay is all about energy and elegance. Notes of lemon bar, cantaloupe, and saline broth meet a frothy mousse and chalky finish. It’s vibrant, textural, and impossible to ignore. Exclusive to wine club members.
  • 2023 Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay, $38
    • This is the kind of Chardonnay that keeps the conversation—and the bottle—going late into the night. Vibrant and textural, it delivers electric acidity, notes of lime curd and iced watermelon, and a chalky, saline finish that lingers. A stunning expression of the Eola-Amity Hills.
