Anchorhead Coffee Ready to Drink Coldbrew Coffee

by | Mar 17, 2014

When your tagline is “we bottle happiness,” you must realize you have a pretty lofty order to fill. That said, the two former audio engineers that founded Anchorhead Coffee, a digital Seattle-based roaster, have realized what makes them happy and in the form of bottled coldbrew, they have also figured out how to bring that happiness to you. With large distribution in Seattle-area provided by PCC Natural Markets and then some along with web sales, the organic, fair trade bottled coffee is comprised of their 16-plus hour cold brew concentrate that is then mixed 1:1 with purified drinking water to make the Ready to Drink Coldbrew. Remarkably smooth with the necessary bite, the RtD is rich and roasty out of the bottle and maintains its creamy composure when poured over ice or mixed with milk. If melding with milk is too dry for your St. Patrick’s Day, try one of the many recipes on the Anchorhead Coffee website that mix the coffee with spirits and beer. In honor of the Celtic holiday, try the Wired Irish Sailor that blends the concentrate with a dark ale.
