Featuring a beer created from a single farm, a mimosa-inspired offering, and two fresh versions of fan favorites.
Alesong is pleased to announce the debut of four new barrel-aged blends for its Winter release the weekend of February 20-23 at their wine country tasting room and to retailers across the Pacific Northwest. This release features four brand new beers for the season:
- Single Origin is a spontaneously fermented wine/beer hybrid with Riesling grapes that incredibly sources 100% of the ingredients from a single property – Goschie Farms in Silverton Oregon provided the barley, hops, wine grapes and naturally occurring yeast for this incredible expression of estate-grown Terroir in beer form.
- As we look towards spring and sunny patio brunches, Cuvée Soleil captures the essence of everyone’s favorite breakfast cocktail, the mimosa, with a blend of barrel-aged sour beer co-fermented on King Estate-grown Pinot Gris grapes and finished off with just a splash of tangerine for sweetness and balance.
- Sticking with the breakfast theme, Cinnamon Roll Maestro is a brand-new take on our classic, bourbon-barrel-aged, English-style barleywine. Already loaded with sweet and bready malt flavors, we up the ante by adding cassia cinnamon and whole vanilla beans for a luscious pastry experience to be enjoyed any time of day.
- And finally, Hazelnut Rhino Suit is this quarter’s member-exclusive beer, adding the luxurious richness of Oregon’s favorite nut to Alesong’s already decadent flagship bourbon-barrel-aged imperial milk stout, Rhino Suit. For more information on club membership, visit alesongbrewing.com/join.
Alesong will host a release party exclusively for Blender’s Circle Club members at their country brewery the weekend of February 20-23, featuring small bite food pairings to accompany each new beer and will have all four of the new beers available on draft and in bottles for non-members the following weekend alongside the normal menu from their on-site scratch kitchen. Cinnamon Roll Maestro, Cuvée Soleil, and Single Origin will be available at better retailers throughout the Pacific Northwest beginning the week of the brewery release.

ABOUT ALESONG BREWING AND BLENDING: Named Brewery of the Year at the 2024 Great American Beer Festival® in its size category, Alesong Brewing and Blending is an artisan brewery, winery, and cidery based in the heart of Southern Willamette Valley wine country outside Eugene, Oregon. With 100% of production spending time in oak, Alesong crafts unique and small-batch blends, producing styles that span the flavor spectrum. As the beer, wine, or cider in barrels matures, the team samples and selects barrels individually to create a final blend. Paying homage to old-world Lambic blenders and artisan winemakers, Alesong strives to achieve complex and balanced final blends that are much more interesting and complete than the sum of their parts or any individual barrel by itself.
