New Partnership with NHL’s 32nd Team Unveiled Today
Seattle, Wash. (December 9, 2025) – Ackley Brands, a family-owned premium beverage brand based in Seattle, today announces its newest sports partnership with the NHL’s Seattle Kraken and Climate Pledge Arena.
Ackley Brands is now the exclusive wine partner for the team, its training center, Kraken Community Iceplex, and Climate Pledge Arena, home to the Kraken, the WNBA’s Seattle Storm, the PWHL’s Seattle Torrent, and the best of live music and entertainment. The partnership includes wines from the Ackley Brands portfolio: Charles Smith Wines, Columbia Winery, Hogue Cellars, Borealis Vintners, Cataclysm Wine Co., Montinore Estate, Landlines Estates and Betz Family Winery.
“This partnership celebrates the best of the Pacific Northwest – world class wines, local pride, and a commitment to sustainability,” said Brandon Ackley, Founder and President of Ackley Brands. “We’re proud to pour our legacy wines at Climate Pledge Arena and to share them with fans of the Kraken, and all the incredible events that make this venue such a landmark.”
The partnership includes a wine bar on the main concourse, two wine windows in the WaFd Bank and Symetra Clubs and a new addition to American Express Hall, The Cove at Climate Pledge Arena. The wood-paneled wine bar is modeled after The Cove, a popular Ackley Brands wine bar in South Lake Union that opened this summer. In addition, Betz Family Winery and Landlines Estates will feature selections available in premium areas of the arena.
“We are excited to welcome Ackley Brands to the Seattle Kraken and Climate Pledge Arena family,” added Jeff Webster, Chief Commercial Officer. “Like us, they are rooted in this community and bring people together to build connection and share unforgettable experiences. Ackley’s portfolio offers incredible quality and variety which we know fans across all our events at Climate Pledge Arena will enjoy.”
Guests at Climate Pledge Arena can enjoy Ackley Wines in the Clubs and on the main concourse starting today. The new wine bar in American Express Hall will open in January.
