The Carlos Noreiga is a micro lot purchased during the summer harvest in Colombia, specifically from growers in San Sebastian De La Plata, Huila. Roasted to refinement, the Carlos Noreiga blend has a brightness of pear and apple with honeyed citrus on the nose while the palate is round and nutty, with a soft bitterness and clean finish.
