The Bourbon Blitzen from Wood Family Spirits blends rich bourbon and vibrant cranberry with zesty citrus and ginger beer for a cheerful, holiday-ready cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ ounces Wood Family Spirits Columbia Bourbon
¾ ounce Grand Marnier (orange liqueur)
1 ounce Cranberry Juice
½ ounce Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
GARNISH
Sugared rosemary–cranberry sprigs (directions below)
DIRECTIONS
Fill a bucket-glass with crushed ice. Add the bourbon, Grand Marnier, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Top with ginger beer, then garnish with the sugared rosemary-cranberry spritz.
SUGARED CRANBERRY ROSEMARY SPRIG
To make sugared rosemary–cranberry sprigs, trim the rosemary at the base, leaving about an inch of space to add the cranberries. Dip the rosemary in simple syrup, then coat it in a mixture of equal parts granulated and confectioners’ sugar. Let it dry completely, then add the cranberries to the base of the sprig.
