Culinary Director Chef Brandon Muehl and team reimagined the popular lounge menu, with a focus on maintaining fan favorites while showcasing an expansive new variety that pushes the boundaries of flavor and innovation.
“The new lounge menu is all about creating new memories and reminiscing over unique dishes in great company,” Muehl adds. Take for example the Millionaire’s Dip, one of the shared plates that is a whimsical take on a classic onion dip and the currently viral popularity of caviar. “It also has a nostalgic throwback for me to the French onion dip packets I grew up eating. It’s certainly more elevated than that with the kaluga caviar and ube crisps, but it calls back a happy memory for me and I hope it does for others.”
In addition to the shareable dishes, the menu also features two new tasting flights:
- 3 Tastes of the Sea crudo served with a seasonal selection of accoutrements
- Wagyu Beef flight featuring the guest’s choice of 2-ounce or 4-ounce portions of Japanese, Australian, and American wagyu tenderloin cuts
