Jujubeet Herbalicious

by | Apr 20, 2015

Plant-based artisan juice bar Jujubeet is flourishing—not just because it’s spring, not because their cleanses help for the upcoming swimsuit season or because the root of their juice foundation is coming back into season. Since opening in Bellevue, Washington in 2013, the juice bar has since blossomed into a booming business, now with three locations (Seattle and Redmond) around the Sound and a devoted following of juice-addicts. Whole, fresh and unprocessed fruits and vegetables are pressed into their line of products, from juices and smoothies to cleansing shots and multi-day cleanses.

One of the hottest off the cold press is the Herbalicious juice, a seemingly basic green juice (comprised of kale, cucumber, celery, chard, green apple and lemon) that is seasoned with herbs, parsley, cilantro and mint, a trio that complements the savory flavors but tames the bitter with cool sweetness.
