SPIRIT FRIDAY: Aria Portland Dry Gin
Aria Portland Dry Gin is honest and upfront on the label – using a number of classic gin botanicals including juniper, coriander, cubeb berry and cassia bark – they also strive to bridge the gap between the London Dry and Plymouth styles. Produced by Martin Ryan Distilling at Bull Run Distillery in Portland, the Aria Portland Dry Gin pulls toward the classic London Dry style of gin with juniper aromas but also citrus and baking spice (the cardamom and coriander) that are more likely seen from this coast. Solid for a vintage martini up with a citrus twist.
