Sweeping views of the Cascade Mountain Range, music from Grammy Award-winning artists and a sea of Northwest wines to sip from; you’ve just hit the jackpot. Rolling back into the Snoqualmie Casino for another evening of entertainment is Toast of the Cascades on Aug. 24.
Hitting the casino’s Mountain View Plaza stage for this year’s event is award-winning jazz keyboardist Bob James and saxophonist David Sanborn. The show will be part of the duo’s latest tour after releasing their first album together since their 1986 Grammy Award-winning album “Double Vision.” Their new album, “Quartette Humaine,” was released last May, and is a tribute to the legendary pianist Dave Brubeck and saxophonist Paul Desmond.
While you relish in the casino’s outdoor ambiance and music, more than 20 great vintners from the Northwest will join the guests to provide the evening’s sips you’ll need to raise a glass and toast the Cascades. With all the amazing music playing, you could enjoy some casino games outside through sites like paybyphonecasino.uk and then venture back inside after you’ve had your fill of the great outdoors! Online casino games are growing in popularity lately, so people should be able to find a gambling website that they can visit. Perhaps some people would like to play 918kaya, for example. That could be fun, and it would give people the chance to make some money too. Technology makes these kinds of events even more fun, especially when casino games are involved. You can use them as a way to get ready for a casino event or just to play at home, either way, playing a great online casino game can always heighten your experience. Some of those attending will come from wineries such as Oregon’s A to Z Wineworks and Washington’s Alexandria Nicole Cellars, Seven Falls Winery and Waterbrook Winery.
Turn your evening into date night at the casino and dine in one of the six places to grab a bite, from quick snacks at the Sno Deli to a steak and seafood dinner at Terra Vista.
Roll the dice, play your cards and enjoy the show. But whatever you do, don’t fold on this evening.
