Join us for a special four-course tasting experience from The Butcher’s Table‘s very own Chef James Mueller led by Gilles Nicault, Long Shadows’ Director of Winemaking. Additionally, guests will get the exclusive opportunity to enjoy four limited edition Rhone-style wines crafted by Gilles under his private label, Côté Nicault.

Founded by Allen Shoup in 2003, Long Shadows Vintners pays homage to various regions, varieties, and styles by partnering with talented winemakers from around the world. They remain at the forefront of the industry, utilizing cutting-edge winemaking equipment & techniques to further explore the limits of Washington’s unique terroir.

This event will be hosted in The Butcher’s Table’s exclusive private event venue, The Gold Dust Room. This swanky space features peekaboo views of South Lake Union and sets the perfect scene for an unforgettable evening.

Tickets are non-refundable after the cancellation deadline of March 10th, two days before the event. After the cancellation date, tickets can only be transferred. With limited parking available in the area, we do recommend ride-shares when attending.
Event price includes 20% gratuity but does not include tax. No payment will be due upon arrival.
