Thanks to our partnership with the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association (JSS), this event will feature a certified Shochu Ambassador who will share insights into shochu’s distilling process, unique flavor profiles, and cultural significance.
Guests will savor a multi-course dinner expertly crafted by Moshi Moshi’s head chef, paired with four distinct shochu varieties. Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or new to shochu, this experience promises to deepen your appreciation for Japan’s rich culinary heritage.
