Butter Churning Class

Join Amy Johnson Saturday March 28th for a hands on demonstration of butter churning in her grandmothers butter churn. While we take turns churning, Amy will give you tips and tricks for successful butter making and a brief history of dairy cow breeds and why they were selected. Everyone will get to sample the final product and take home Amy’s favorite compound butter recipe!
