Brooks to Host Inaugural Nonalcoholic (NA) Beverage Celebration and Conference

January 9 - January 11

Brooks Wine, recently named one of the world’s best wineries by the World’s 50 Best Vineyards list and a leader in purpose-driven hospitality and sustainability in the Willamette Valley, will host “Sip & Savor: A Dry January Experience,” its first nonalcoholic beverage celebration and conference, Jan. 9–11, 2026. The three-day celebration will bring together producers, chefs, sommeliers, artists, authors, media and beverage innovators and entrepreneurs for an exploration of nonalcoholic wines, spirits, beers, teas and cocktails.

At a time when the alcohol forward industries are facing known challenges, Brooks is excited to create inclusive, hospitality-focused experiences that welcome all guests—drinkers and non-drinkers alike. The new conference underscores Brooks’ continued commitment to creativity, community engagement and expanding the definition of wine country.

“Sip & Savor is about celebrating craft and connection,” said Jennifer Cossey, General Manager of Brooks Wine. “Whether you’re sober-curious, seeking more balance in your day-to-day enjoyment, taking a month off or simply exploring something new, this weekend is meant to be fun, inclusive and a showcase of the innovation happening across the nonalcoholic category.”
