On a recent visit to the central Italian region of Umbria, we met a local cheese specialists whose family are 4th generation cheesemakers. He’s sending us delightful cheeses and a few other regional surprises. This will be a hands on opportunity to practice picking wines to pair with different cheeses and other foods. We’ll experiment together and you can decide what you love best!
