Slow Sipper Hazy IPA
Aslan Brewing Co., Bellingham, WA

A collaboration with Seattle-based soul septet The Dip and a benefit for the National Independent Venue Association, Slow Sipper pours a pale orange with a slight haze and throws a fruit-forward aroma. On the nose, sticky pine mingles alluringly with lime pith, fresh mango, sweet tangerine, and sliced peaches. More citrus comes through on the palate, along with just enough trailing bitterness to balance the fruity sweetness. Smooth on the palate with a semi-dry finish, this IPA is one easy drinker. Think of it as music for your taste buds.

Price: $16 /6-pack  | 5.9% ABV
